Association KRIB Haskovo is a voluntary and non-governmental association with a non-profit purpose of Bulgarian and foreign producers and traders operating in Bulgaria on the territory of Haskovo District. Its activity aims to contribute the development of all sectors of the Bulgarian economy at the regional level. KRIB Haskovo helps to create a favorable economic environment in the region, to increase the volume of investment and to open new jobs in the region. One of the directions that KRIB is supporting is the Corporate social responsibility. Social responsibility is a duty every individual has to perform so as to maintain a balance between the economy and the ecosystems. Having learnt from the devastating effects of corporate social irresponsibility, companies are focusing on the impacts of their operations not only on profits but the society and environment at large.
Association KRIB Haskovo was established at the end of year 2015. As a part of one the biggest employers and industrialists organization – Confederation of employers and industrialists in Bulgaria, we have the mission to raise the competitiveness of the Bulgarian economy and the companies operating in Bulgaria; to assist our members in sharing best business practices, to encourage the responsible civil and social commitment of our members for the progress of the Bulgarian society and to encourage the corporate social responsibility best practices of our members.
We are aware of all the business and social problems the society faces nowadays. As our members are companies from different branches of the industry and operating in Haskovo region, we are capable to take actions so we can prevent or at least minimize some of them.
